There's nothing that lights me up more than sharing what I've learned. 


I've walked in your shoes. The long nights, the overbooked brunches, the floods, the fires, and the distinct joy of doing prep and payroll at the same time. 


After years of working with over 75 unique restaurant concepts, from QSR to Michelin-starred kitchens, I noticed something: we're all facing the same challenges, just in different dining rooms. Along the way, I've been fortunate to meet some incredible minds who shared their creative, budget-friendly solutions with me. Now, it's my turn to pass on this hard-earned wisdom. I'm here to help you overcome the hurdles that keep you up at night, so you can focus on what you love most – creating amazing experiences for your guests. 


Every time I help a fellow restaurateur solve a problem or avoid a common pitfall, I feel like I'm back on the floor in the heart of a busy service. It's that same rush of satisfaction. The wisdom I've gathered from brilliant minds in our industry is too valuable to keep to myself. So now, my greatest joy comes from teaching, from seeing the light bulb moment when a solution clicks for someone.
